We specialise in contract packing and toll manufacturing of dried food products and Human health powders and capsules.

Dry food packaging services in bags or glass and plastic jars or bottles
Encapsulation (capsule filling) in 0 or 00 sized HPMC (Vegetable/Vegan) or Gelatin capsules.

Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure that your products are packed efficiently and safely. We cater to small and large businesses, with small minimum order requirements, but offer volume discounts for larger orders.

Depending on your needs, we can provide a full service offering where we supply everything from raw materials to packaging or you can supply the products/packaging and we just package it.

Label Printing

We can offer a convenient in-house print service at competitive pricing with a high-quality digital label printing and finishing system.

We are able to produce small or large print-runs on to a wide variety of media including plain paper, film, plain paper label, glossy paper label, film label and synthetic paper labels.

Finishing can include laminating that provides an additional layer of protection from sun/UV exposure, chemical spills, scuffing and more.

Blending of Ingredients

With humidity controlled blending rooms we can control the relative humidity to ensure products don’t become tacky. Our weighing scales are calibrated regularly, and our software ensures the correct blending percentages every time. Batch Blending as little as 5kg through to hundreds of kilos.

Freeze-Drying of Raw Materials

Through our sister company, Agtech Freeze Drying, we offer freeze-drying services. This process preserves the nutritional value of raw materials, ensuring that your products are as healthy as they are tasty.

Offering a long shelf-life, you can create a high-value offering to otherwise normal, standard food products. Freeze drying can be used for turning non-conforming or excess (waste) meats (including offal), fruit or vegetables into high-value products. These can be used for local or export food or supplement markets. We even produce a large range of freeze-dried pet food products.

Milling of Raw Materials

We can provide milling services for dried food, our team is experienced in working with a wide range of raw materials. Specialising in transforming raw materials into fine powdered products. With our state-of-the-art milling equipment and expertise, we ensure that your raw ingredients are processed to perfection, meeting the highest quality standards.

Whether you need dried meats (including offal), vegetables and fruits, grains, spices, herbs, tree leaves or any other food ingredients milled into a fine powder, our skilled team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

We understand the importance of consistency and precision in the food industry, and our milling process is designed to achieve uniform particle size and texture for your products.

Testing & Analysis

We work with external laboratories to provide an optional third-party testing or analysis of products including Microbial, Vitamin & Mineral (elemental), NIP ‘s (Nutritional Information Panel) water activity, pH, purity and heavy metal testing.

White Labelling

White-labelled products are products produced by one company (us) that other companies rebrand with their own packaging. Agtech Food Manufacturing’s existing product range is available for white labelling, allowing you to use our already successful and quality products with your own branding. About Us

As an Australian-owned and operated family business, when we started, the majority of our processes were conducted manually by hand and on a small scale. As the business grew, we began searching for local companies to provide us with manufacturing and packaging services. However, we encountered multiple issues; costly minimum production runs, lack of information, long lead times and appalling customer service.

This gave us the motivation to start purchasing our own blending, mixing, encapsulating, packaging and labelling equipment and become a contract manufacturer and packaging supplier. Not only did we want the capability to package our own goods, but we wanted to help other businesses by offering them the same services. Agtech Food Manufacturing has since emerged as small (and large) run specialists that offer confidential agreements and professional service. We understand the issues around being a small to medium business as we are one.

As we grew, we hired many family members and friends to become part of the team. We aim to offer a small family business feel but deliver large company outcomes and output.
